Synopsis

New transfer student Nami (Shim Eun-Kyung) moves from a small town in Jeolla Province to the capital city of Seoul. On her first day at the high school, she gets bullied by her classmates for her clothes and her accent, when a motley group of girls quickly come to Nami's aid. This band of misfits, led by the loyal and tough Choon-Hwa (Kang Sora), take in Nami as one of their own. Naming their group "Sunny", the girls vow to stay together forever. However, when disaster strikes at a school festival, the girls end up scattering on separate paths. Twenty five years later, Nami (Yoo Ho-Jung) is married to a successful businessman and has a beautiful daughter; her life seems perfect, but Nami feels somehow incomplete. When Nami happens to bump into Choon-Hwa (Jin Hee-Kyung), they embark on a plan to have a "Sunny" reunion, just one more time...
